The management of PPIKID UB reviews the management system of organization quality periodically once in a year (the year end). It is also conducted in monthly coordination meeting to evaluate the achievement, appropriateness, adequacy, and effectiveness in implementing the quality management system performed in a year and to arrange the work program for the following year. They are accomplished to enhance, improve, and change the need of quality management system, including the quality and quality target.
The records of management review is noted, documented, and followed-up. Inputs of management review include: audit result, feedback of previous management review, changes which affect the quality management system, and recommendation to enhance quality. Outputs of management review cover the decision from actions related to: effective correction from quality management and its process, improvement of conforming products in line with customer’s satisfaction and necessary resources.
