Each personnel involved in PPI UB affects the quality product of services. Within the organization, each personnel has competence based on education, training and experience. The Head of PPI UB always assures that the required competence and experience are in accordance with work standard and effective organization.

Personnel in PPI UB are assigned according to colleague’s recommendation and approved by Rector based on Rector Decree Number 257 Year 2023 (attachment page 4 point 17), and LPPM Letter of Assignment Number 417/UN10.C20/KP/2023.
